Pietro De Albertis was born in Venice in 1960, where he lived for thirty years. He currently lives and works outside of Parma. He began taking pictures at 16, developing and printing them himself. Since then, he has never given up his passion for photography. He has exposed his works in a range of solo and group exhibitions. Today, he continues to shoot on film, devoting himself primarily to Venice, the coasts of Istria and Dalmatia seen from his sailboat Tehatea, and the paths along-side the River Po.
